We here at Classic Motors of Washington,DC are pleased to assist you in the sale of your “classic” car on a consignment basis. This allows you to maximize the price acquired at the time of sale. Your car will be mechanically inspected,thoroughly detailed and aggressively advertised as well as being displayed alongside similar outstanding vehicles at our facility thereby reinforcing the value of your car in the eyes of the purchaser. Because we have been in the classic car business for over 25 years we can help in determining the appropriate price to market your car for as well as discuss the unique merits your car may have. In short we speak the “classic car language”.

Consignment terms are

$500 listing fee to help cover the costs of inspection,detailing, and advertising
A 10% commission of the final sale price (negotiable on case by case basis)
All cars are located at our 17000 sq foot facility in the heart of NW Washington DC’s prime retail area
Test drives are only allowed at the final phase of the sale process
We handle all negotiations, shipping, and paperwork processing for you
We are licesened and bonded with the District of Columbia MVA
Vehicle must have current liability and collision insurance if running
Copy of title presented at time of consignment
Minimum 60 day consignment term
